NV3500 swap how to PARTS LIST(Only for stock HP level nv3500 swaps) Heres the basic parts list for anyone doing a nv3500 swap. Clutch and or pressure will need upgraded with anything more than a bone stock 6.0(especially pressure plate) Credit for this list goes to Jeremy Matthews and Ryan Crowley
NV3500 off any s10 or Silverado can be bolted to any gen3/4/5 LS/LT based engine with no modifications
-Flywheel: Sachs SKU# NFW1050 (or any from a 1999+ 4.8 or 6.0 chevy truck) -Clutch Kit: LUK # 04181 or Sachs # k7031802 (or any clutch kit meant for a Stock 99-06 4.8 v8 5 speed Silverado) -Pressure plate: Use the one from the kit above, for STOCK 6.0 power or less...a better one would be needed for anything more than that. -Pilot bearing: use any 99-06 4.8 Silverado pilot bearing -External slave cylinder: SACHS # SH6044 -External slave type throwout bearing for pre 97 trans....Timken part # 614037 -Pressure plate bolts GM # 12561465 -Flywheel bolts GM # 11569956 -Master Cylinder any stock s10 one is fine -EXTERNAL slave ONLY fitting adapter Earls part # LS641002ERL -AN line premade for slave adapter listed above Speedway part # 91031851-4
